SHIPPING POLICY

1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the United States. Any shipments outside of the United States are not available at this time.

3. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 3business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the desired products to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

RETURN POLICY

Items purchased on SpiderGrills.com that are unused and in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Purchaser is responsible for shipping the unopened box to our office with along with a $25 restocking fee in the form of a digital invoice provided by Spider Grills. Upon receipt and inspection of the item(s) by Spider Grills, refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) and any applicable sales tax in the original form of payment. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE SPIDER-22?

The Spider-22 was the product that got us off the ground and headed for the moon. Unfortunately, it came time to make some hard decisions and discontinue our inaugural product. We are honoring all current warranties for their stated lifetime and will continue to support this product with replacement parts available in our webstore.

VENOM FAQ

WHAT GRILLS FIT WITH THE SPIDER VENOM?

We have found that most Weber kettles that are 22” are compatible with the Venom and all Summit charcoal kamado style grills. The Venom is NOT compatible with 26 inch kettle grills or 18 inch kettle grills. NOTE: The Venom is only compatible with Weber and Spider Grills products.

DOES THE VENOM WORK WITH SNS KETTLES?

No. The Venom only works with Weber and Spider Grills Kettles.

DOES THE SPIDER VENOM WORK WITH THE SPIDER-22?

No. They are made to work as singular units. Both are easy to remove and attach so there is no requirement to purchase a second grill.

DO I HAVE TO MODIFY MY WEBER® KETTLE GRILL?

No. The Spider VENOM requires zero permanent modifications to your grill.

IS A WEBER® KETTLE GRILL INCLUDED?

No. Weber® Grills are sold separately and are not affiliated with Spider Grills.

IS IT WEATHER PROOF?

Yes.

WHAT IF I ALREADY HAVE A VENOM?

The Huntsman is designed to work with the Venom and they are not sold separately. However, we love our loyal Spider family and are offering a $100 rebate to current Venom owners who don't need a second Venom. Contact us with your original order number using the help widget below for more information on the rebate.

IS IT COMPATIBLE WITH THE SPIDER-22?

No. We built The Huntsman specifically with the Venom and charcoal in mind.

DOES THE HUNTSMAN REQUIRE SEASONING?

A twice-yearly seasoning is recommended maintenance for The Huntsman, including an initial burn-in before your first cook. The Huntsman comes with a seasoning kit to get you started.

IS IT WEATHER-PROOF?

The Huntsman is weather-resistant with regular maintenance. However, we recommend you keep it covered when not in use for best results.

IS THERE A WARRANTY?

Shipping for The Huntsman is free at checkout. It will ship in two boxes via FedEx ground.
