1. Sponsor

This giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Spider Grills LLC ("Sponsor"), located at 1655 W Broad St. Athens, GA

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the contiguous United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such person, are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on March 24, 2025 at 12:00 AM (midnight) Eastern Time and ends on April 4, 2025 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must submit a valid email address via the designated entry form on the giveaway page during the Giveaway Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. Any attempt to submit multiple entries may result in disqualification.

By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from the Sponsor. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in such communications.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

One (1) Grill

One (1) Charcoal Bundle

One (1) Spices & Sauces Bundle

$200 worth of Meat

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize: $1,300.

The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent will be offered, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about April 5, 2025. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding.

The potential winner will be notified via email within five (5) days of selection. If the potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to:

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond the Sponsor’s control impair the integrity of the Giveaway.

8. Privacy

Entrants' information will be used solely for the administration of this Giveaway and in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available here.

9. Disputes

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Georgia.

10. Winner List

To obtain a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to 1655 W Broad St. Athens, GA 30606 within thirty (30) days of the Giveaway’s conclusion.
